XI Class Admission 2025 online application is going to be started from last week July 2025. The primary application fee is 150 tk. Class Xi Admission for 2025-26 session will be completed through several steps. XI Class Admission Circular is published. This admission method is controlled and conducted by the Education Ministry of Bangladesh.

The Ministry of Education issued the official Class XI admission circular for the 2025–26 session. Admission to Class XI (HSC) in colleges and madrasahs under the education boards of Bangladesh. The authority continues the whole 11th Class Admission Process for 10 education boards including Madrasah Board.

The HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) is a two-year academic program that starts after SSC. Every year, the Ministry of Education and the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education conduct centralized admissions to ensure fair placement of students in colleges based on their SSC Result.

When will HSC Admission 2025 Start?

Answer: In July 2025 online application is going to be started.

One candidate has to select minimum 05 and up to 10 colleges/Madrasas at application time. He/she will be given one institution according to his SSC GPA. The migration is available for this 2025-26 session admission process.

Note: There will be no admission test, SSC GPA will be considered for the admission. Bangladesh’s centralized and digital system ensures that all students have an equal opportunity to access education

Tips for Applicants and Parents

Apply early in the first phase to access more college options.
Don’t just apply to famous colleges—also include a few where your GPA is safely above the cutoff.

Choose College Preferences

You can select a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 colleges
You can apply to colleges under different education boards, but must be careful about subject group eligibility (Science, Humanities, Business Studies).
Colleges may have minimum GPA requirements for certain groups.

After applications close, the Ministry will publish merit lists in three phases:

First Merit List

Based on SSC GPA, choice order, quota (if applicable), and availability of seats.
If selected, you must confirm your admission within the deadline.

Second & Third Merit Lists

For those not selected in the previous phase or those who wish to migrate.
Students who confirmed previous admissions can still migrate to a higher-choice college automatically.

Migration Policy

Migration only works upward in your preference list.
You must confirm your admission to be eligible for migration.
If you don’t confirm in time, your selection will be canceled automatically.

The first step of the admission system is online application. Each student will submit online application through xiclassadmission.gov.bd. After the online application end, the online application result will be available. Students will get one college or Madrasah according to the SSC GPA.

The second step is the confirmation, students those have got college will confirm their seat. If anyone doesn’t confirm, his seat will be lost. But he can apply in the next phase.

One candidate will select college according to preference. It is to be noted that, candidates will be given a chance to change college preference but that is for only one day.

Eligibility for XI Admission 2025

The requirements is one of the important matters for the admission system. But there is no high requirement for the 11th Class Admission in BD.

Students who have passed the SSC exam in 2025, 2024 or 2023 can apply for 2025-26 session admission.

Students who have passed under Open University can apply.

Group Changing Information-

1) Students who are from science group can apply for science, business studies and humanities group.

2) Students who are from Business Studies group can apply for business studies and humanities group.

3) Students who are from Humanities group can apply for Humanities group.

xiclassadmission.gov.bd is the official govt. website to complete the XI Class Admission Process. No college or Madrasah can conduct the admission process by their own. It is mandatory to complete the Inter Vorti process under the Education Ministry system.

The Seat Number:

In this 2025-26 session, 93% of the seats are free for the merit list students. 5% seat is fixed for Freedom Fighter Quota and the rest 2% seat is fixed for Departmental Candidates. Sometimes this seat vacant can change during seat vacancy number.

Class Xi Admission

This year, almost 17 lakhs students have passed SSC exam. So, these students are trying to get admission into 11th Class. That’s why it is not possible to complete the full admission within one merit list. A total of three merit lists will be there for the HSC XI Class admission system. One security code will be sent to your mobile phone number. Please keep this security code as you will need it for the further admission process.

XI Class Online Application Fee

You have to pay the online application fee before you submit your application. The fee is 150 tk. There are several ways to pay the fee for Inter Vorti 2025. You can use mobile banking system for the payment.

These mobile banking systems can be used for the admission fee payment. You can also use the Sonali Bank Online Payment Gateway for the payment. No manual payment is needed for the primary application.

XI Admission Migration Process

One student can select up to 10 colleges at the application time. You can select same institution twice for another version or shift.

In the merit list, you will see the institution name which you have got. It will be given according to your SSC GPA and the preference which you have selected. The migration is automatically continued. For your kind information, migration only goes for upper selection institutions.

Example: If you have got the institution at 3rd place of your preference, then there is migration for you. But if you have got the institution at the 1st place of your preference, then migration is not for you.

Remember that, you need to confirm your seat for the migration. If you don’t confirm then your seat will be gone and you will not get any migration.

Fees and Admission Charges

While the application fee is BDT 150, each college may charge a separate admission fee (as per government regulations). It’s typically:
